Right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal for personalised cards

Consumers in the EU usually have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. This right does not apply to goods that are made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU; in Germany § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB).

Every FC Club Poster card is made with the photo, name and details you choose, so there is no right of withdrawal once you have placed your order.

Cancelling before production

You can still cancel a print order for a full refund as long as production has not started. Write to [email protected] with your order number. We confirm the cancellation by email.

Damaged or faulty cards

Your statutory warranty rights are not affected. If your card arrives damaged, differs from the preview you approved, or does not arrive, see Shipping & delivery and our Terms & Conditions, section 8.
