1. Scope and seller

These terms apply to all orders placed at fcclubposter.com. The seller is Space Digital FZE, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 4204697.01), email: [email protected]. Details: Legal notice.

2. Our cards

We make personalised football cards in our own designs, printed or as a digital image. Our designs are in the general style of football trading cards. They are not official products of any video game, football association, league or club. We hold no licence from and are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by EA SPORTS, FIFA, UEFA or any club, league or association. All trademarks and club badges belong to their respective owners. The people shown in our product photos are AI-generated examples.

3. Your order

The products in our shop are not a binding offer. By clicking "Pay now" (or "Place order" for bank transfer) you make a binding offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. The contract language is English. We store the contract text; you receive the order details and these terms by email.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and are shown in the cart and at checkout before you order (see Shipping & delivery). You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer). For bank transfer we start production once the money has arrived; if it has not arrived within 7 days, we may cancel the order. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Your photos and logos

You may only upload photos, names and logos that you are allowed to use:

• Photos: you took the photo yourself or have permission from the person who did. Everyone shown in the photo agrees to it; for children, their parents or guardians.
• Club badges and logos: only upload a badge if you are allowed to use it, for example the badge of your own amateur or youth team with the club's permission. Logos of professional clubs, leagues, associations, brands or video games are protected trademarks and may not be used without permission.
• No unlawful content: nothing offensive, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful.

We check every order before production. If content may infringe the rights of others, we may replace a logo with a neutral badge, ask you for a different image, or cancel the order and refund you in full.

If a third party makes a claim against us because content you uploaded breaks these rules, you are responsible for it, unless you are not at fault.

We use your photos only to make and deliver your order. We do not use them for advertising without your separate consent. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Production and delivery

Production and delivery times are listed under Shipping & delivery. The free digital card is available as a download immediately and is for private, non-commercial use only.

7. Right of withdrawal

Every card is made with your photo and name, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU). Details: Right of withdrawal. Print orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production starts.

8. Defects

Your statutory warranty rights apply. If your card arrives damaged, differs from the preview you approved, or is lost in transit, write to us within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) and we reprint it free of charge or refund you.

9. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under product liability law. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

10. Applicable law

The law of the United Arab Emirates applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you habitually reside.

11. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
