Yes. You can build your card and download the digital version for free. Only printed cards are paid.

Standard cards are printed on a rigid, gloss-finished board. Metal cards are 100% metal with a matte finish and feel heavier. Both are made to last.

Yes. The card builder shows a live preview of your card while you make it, and you check it before you order. We print exactly the card you approved.

The background is removed automatically when you upload your photo, and you can move and zoom it until it fits. We check every design by hand before printing; if the photo quality is too low, we will contact you.

Production takes 2–4 business days after payment. Tracked delivery then takes 2–4 business days to Germany, 3–7 to other EU countries and 4–10 to the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. Shipping costs €5.95, €9.95 or €14.95 depending on the country.

Card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer. Bank transfer orders go into production once the payment arrives. Print orders open soon; the digital card is free right now.

If your card arrives damaged, differs from the preview you approved or gets lost, write to us within 14 days and we reprint it free of charge or refund you. As every card is personalised, there is no right of withdrawal.
