Where we ship

We currently ship within Europe: all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. The shipping cost depends on your delivery country and is shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Printed cards are sent as tracked parcels (for example with DHL). You receive the tracking link by email as soon as your card has shipped.

Production time

We check every design by hand before printing. Production takes 2–4 business days after payment has been received. The free digital card is available as a download immediately.

Customs for the UK, Switzerland and Norway

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to import VAT and customs duties, which are charged by the destination country and paid by the recipient.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your card arrives damaged or your parcel is lost, write to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date), ideally with a photo. We reprint your card free of charge or refund you.

Returns

Every card is personalised, so there is no right of withdrawal (see Right of withdrawal). Your statutory warranty rights are not affected.
